Job Details

Oversee the Companys financial operations, including monitoring revenues, expenses, and overall financial performance. Lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, payroll, revenue cycle operations, and administration of the Companys 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans. Develop, maintain, and enforce finance and Accounts Payable policies, procedures, internal controls, and process improvements in collaboration with leadership. Supervise the AP team, including hiring, training, mentoring, performance management, and ensuring accurate, timely payment processing and recordkeeping. Promote efficient workflows and high-quality performance within the AP department. Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, budget analyses, payroll reporting, and tax support documentation.
