About the Role. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer provides oversight and guidance in manufacturing operations. They coach manufacturing personnel on proper compliance and empower them to identify and escalate quality issues, to ensure quality products. Our Manufacturing Quality Engineers not only play a part in the design of our products, but also in ensuring that our process is as efficient as possible. What You'll Do. Support Server Build and System Test teams in quality issue investigation. Investigate and document causes of non-conformance issues in the Quality Incident Report Database and drive/implement corrective actions. Perform daily audits in Server Build area Create quality and process alerts to drive corrective actions and train employees. Coordinate pilot build audits for new SK - Us with New Product Introduction (NPI) Team and Manufacturing Engineering.
