Process Pro Consulting is a Diamond HubSpot Partner Agency specializing in:HubSpot CRM ImplementationCRM Optimization & AutomationRevenue Operations (RevOps) StrategyWe support B2B SaaS, professional services, manufacturing, and financial services companies in building scalable, high-performing revenue systems.Role OverviewWe're hiring a Founding Account Executive to lead net-new business development and full-cycle sales for our HubSpot and RevOps consulting services.This is a high-impact, quota-carrying sales role focused on:Mid-market and enterprise B2B clientsConsultative selling of CRM, HubSpot, and RevOps solutionsPartner co-selling with HubSpot, as well as other software and service partnersYou'll also help define and scale our go-to-market strategy, sales process, and pipeline generation engineOwn the full sales cycleprospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closeGenerate pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound, and partner relationship managementSell HubSpot implementation, CRM consulting, and RevOps services to B2B organizationsBuild relationships with Account Managers + Sales Reps in the partner ecosystemConduct consultative discovery to identify business challenges and align solutionsDevelop ROI-driven business cases tied to revenue growth and operational efficiencyCollaborate with pre sales solution architect and internal teams on solution design, pricing, and proposalsMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene in HubSpotContribute to sales playbook development (ICP, qualification frameworks, messaging, GTM strategy)Success MetricsAchieve and exceed quota (OTE $120K+)Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of mid-market & enterprise opportunitiesClose net-new B2B SaaS and services clientsDrive partner-sourced revenue via HubSpot ecosystemHelp establish scalable sales processes and revenue operations alignmentRequired Experience & Skills3–6+ years in B2B sales / consulting sales / agency salesExperience selling HubSpot, Salesforce, CRM platforms, or RevOps servicesProven success in full-cycle sales (prospecting to close)Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skillsExperience with mid-market or enterprise sales cyclesKnowledge of CRM implementation, marketing automation, or revenue operationsProficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM tools)Expertise in consultative selling, discovery, and solution-based salesStrong communication skills with executive stakeholders and decision-makersFamiliarity with SPICED sales methodologyIdeal ExperiencesBackground in HubSpot partner agencies, RevOps consulting, or CRM implementation salesExperience selling professional services, SaaS solutions, or digital transformation initiativesEntrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage or scaling sales teamsAbility to build repeatable sales processes and GTM strategiesOn-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+ uncapped commissionPerformance incentives for net-new revenue and account expansionFully remote + flexible hours20 days PTO + 13 standard US holidays2 company mental wellness daysHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth & wellness stipend401(k) with match (eligible after 6 months)J-18808-Ljbffr
