About the role:
In this role, you'll be the face of a busy professional office — greeting visitors, supporting meetings, and ensuring every employee and guest feels genuinely taken care of. Think less "sit-and-answer-phones" and more "hospitality ambassador." You'll keep common areas running smoothly, coordinate with facilities and security teams, manage supply inventory, and handle a variety of light administrative tasks throughout the day.
