Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and communicate clearly with staff and guests regarding entry requirements and site expectations.; Support after-hours coverage and routine operational needs by checking doors, gates, and restricted areas, and by assisting with requests for information, escorts, and/or incident follow-up.
