The Clinical Therapist will provide mental health counseling and therapeutic support services to individuals, groups, and families. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, and providing case management services. The therapist will closely collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care for clients. The role also includes maintaining accurate and confidential case documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Social Work and Case Management practicesBackground and knowledge in Psychology and Mental Health therapeutic techniquesExperience in Family Therapy and related intervention approachesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential documentationLicensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction is requiredMaster's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in remote or telehealth therapy is a plus
