*Overview*Victory Legal Solutions is a growing plaintiff's firm in Austin, Texas, handling personal injury and property damage cases arising from motor vehicle accidents.*The Role:*You will manage a litigation-focused caseload in both JP Court and District Court, handling cases from filing through trial. This position involves regular court appearances, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.*Responsibilities:** Draft petitions, discovery requests, motions, and trial briefs* Take and defend depositions (plaintiffs, defendants, experts)* Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers* Prepare cases for mediation and trial* Handle hearings and trials in JP Court and District Court* Manage a caseload of personal injury and property damage cases*Case Types:** Personal Injury* Property Damage (rentals, diminished value, unpaid repairs, total loss claims)* DTPA violations* Breach of contract claims*Requirements:** Active Texas Bar license* 2+ years plaintiff personal injury or insurance defense experience* Trial experience* Strong legal writing and research skills* Experience with LexisNexis/Westlaw* Comfortable with litigation and court appearances*Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with DTPA claims* Familiarity with Texas civil procedure* Spanish fluency* Property damage litigation experience*What We Offer:** Competitive compensation (salary + performance-based bonus)* Modern case management technology* Collaborative team environment* Professional development opportunitiesPay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Paid time offWork Location: Hybrid remote in Austin, TXby Jobble
