Role Overview

The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for defining the overall technical architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant design across all Salesforce applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end architecture for Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Government Cloud Plus. Define system architecture covering application design, integration patterns, and data models. Lead design of scalable multi-application solutions within a single-org environment supporting multiple regulatory systems.

Define and govern integration strategies using API-led architecture and MuleSoft. Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and state/federal regulatory requirements. Provide technical leadership to development teams and guide implementation of best practices in scalability, performance, and security.

Required Skills

Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and cloud design. Strong experience in integration architecture using MuleSoft and APIs. Knowledge of Government Cloud and compliance-driven environments. Expertise in data modeling and enterprise architecture design.
