The firm partners closely with founder-led companies and focuses on scaling software platforms through operational improvement and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities through financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis
• Conduct due diligence, including reviewing company financials, analyzing operating metrics, and assessing growth opportunities
• Support transaction execution and coordinate with management teams, lenders, and external advisors
• Assist with portfolio company initiatives and strategic value creation projects
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and internal analyses

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
• Interest or exposure to software, technology, or tech-enabled businesses preferred
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
