Tarvos Talent / Connect Search is partnering with andestablished private equity firm to hire an Investor Relations Associate Director – Capital & Growth to join its team onsite in Austin, TX. This is a senior, highly visible role, focused on driving equity capital raises for an institutional-quality real estate platform, with direct access to senior leadership and long-term growth potential, you'll be key in expanding their investor base. This is a unique opportunity where you will have full autonomy and influence in the company's future. Not to mention, you'll partner with incredibly talented leaders in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead new investor sourcing and drive equity commitments from HNW investors, family offices, and RIAs
• Execute active capital raises, managing outreach, follow-up, and investor pipelines
• Serve as a senior, investor-facing representative during fundraising cycles
• Support capital-raise communications, presentations, and investor meetings

Qualifications

• 8+ years in investor relations, capital raising, or senior relationship management within private equity or real estate
• Demonstrated success raising equity capital from accredited investors, family offices, or RIAs
• Strong command of private fund structures and fundraising dynamics
• Executive-level communication skills
