Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to site leadership and/or first responders when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, support access control practices, and document security-related observations, incidents, and/or visitor interactions according to site protocols; Assist with de-escalation of disruptive behavior, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate professionally with employees, patients, visitors, and/or emergency personnel
