Client Overview:Our client is a leader in the automotive industry and is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. They boast an excellent training and team environment, eligibility for commission and bonuses, and growth and development throughout the organization.Salary/Hourly Rate:$20/hrPosition Overview:The Customer Service Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, accurately route callers, and efficiently schedule and manage service appointments. This role serves as a primary point of contact between guests and the dealership, creating a positive first impression while meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards. Shifts are available between 7 am and 9 pm, with a rotating Saturday required.Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:* Provide consistently outstanding service to internal and external guests by setting a professional, guest-focused first impression.* Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally in a high-volume call center environment.* Gather caller information, identify needs, and route calls to the appropriate dealership, department, or individual.* Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments, ensuring accuracy of guest and vehicle information.* Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, availability, hours of operation, and dealership offerings.* Assist guests with general questions about services, dealership information, and contact center procedures.* Accurately document call details and outcomes (messages, call notes, basic guest information) following department procedures.Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.* Professional phone etiquette and clear, courteous verbal communication.* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:* Experience working in a call center environment.* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics and goals.* Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.Education Requirements:* High school diploma is required.Benefits:* Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
