Digital Performance Manager (DPM) , you will play a critical role in driving client success by bridging execution and strategy. You will manage day-to-day performance across a portfolio of dealership accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimized, insights are actionable, and clients receive consistent, high-quality support.Ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys working with data and identifying opportunities for improvement. You are organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. You are also a strong communicator who can confidently interact with clients and internal teams, as well as a proactive contributor who takes ownership of accounts and follows through on deliverables. Candidate must reside in the Continental U.S., all time zones welcome.ResponsibilitiesAccount Performance & OptimizationManage the day-to-day performance of assigned dealership accounts, ensuring campaigns are optimized and aligned with client goalsMonitor pacing, performance trends, and KPIs across digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.)Conduct regular audits to ensure best practices are followed and identify opportunities for improvementExecute and recommend optimizations to improve lead volume, cost efficiency, and overall ROIClient Support & CommunicationServe as a point of contact for routine client communication and performance updatesSupport and lead client calls focused on digital performance reviews, insights, and next stepsAnswer client questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional mannerBuild strong working relationships with clients while reinforcing trust and transparencyData Analysis & InsightsAnalyze performance data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendationsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities across accounts and communicate insights to clients and internal teamsSupport the development of performance recaps and reporting that tie digital marketing efforts to business outcomesIdentify and promote additional upsold solutions that will result in incremental performance for dealer clientCollaborate with internal teams (Account Coordinators, Data, and Performance teams) to ensure seamless executionMaintain clear communication on account status, deliverables, and any performance risks or opportunitiesAssist in onboarding new clients and launching campaigns successfullyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field, preferred2+ years' professional experience in digital marketing, account management, or customer successExperience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), highly preferredSkillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and trendsExcellent communication and presentation skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentGoogle Ads Search/Display/Video certifications and Meta paid ads certifications, highly preferredCompensationThis position offers competitive compensation, plus commission.
