Vitality Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Perform routine preventative maintenance, as directed by supervisor; Strip, wax, and buff floors on a scheduled routine basis and as needed for unexpected occurrences; Move furniture, equipment, and assist residents with moving needs as assigned; Assist with grounds care as necessary, such as weeding in the summer or snow removal in the winter; Consistently work cooperatively with residents, co-workers, physicians, families, consultant personnel and other ancillary service providers
