We collaborate with leading firms to match talent with roles that drive innovation and growth.Position Overview:We are seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT or PE) specializing in water/wastewater design to join a rapidly growing firm in Austin, TX . This role offers the chance to work on municipal water/wastewater projects , including treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution systems, with opportunities for career advancement and leadership development .Key Responsibilities:For EIT:Assist in designing water/wastewater systems , including plans, specs, and reports.Support project deliverables under the guidance of senior engineers.Collaborate with teams on treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution systems .For PE:Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and progress updates .Oversee construction administration (submittals, contracts, bidding).Supervise EITs, drafters, subcontractors, and inspectors .Ensure compliance with municipal standards and regulations .RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).Licensure: EIT required for junior roles, PE required for senior roles.Experience:EIT: 1+ years in municipal water/wastewater design (drainage experience a plus).PE: 5+ years in water/wastewater design, including project management/construction administration. Experience with drainage design, permitting, or Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) in Texas (preferred).
