Position Summary:

Anistar is seeking experienced Administrative Assistant for a opportunity, with possibility of permanent placement, working in a large scale, fast paced commercial construction environment. Potential candidates MUST have proven lead experience and MUST have proven conduit experience. We are looking for individuals who will pay attention to detail and work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Detail oriented, strong office suite
• Courteous as they will be answering the phones and directing phone calls for the state.
• General Office responsibilities
• Ordering Office Supplies
• Filing
• Owning the office machines and taking care of toner etc.
• Ordering job equipment daily
• Booking Jobs
• Understanding the legal side to our contracts.
• Minutes for management meetings
• Scheduling events
• Permitting and processing costs
• Travel arrangements
• Training arrangements
• Working with the Sales Team
• Subcontractor and new vendor set up.
• Support of Office Manager and Management team when necessary
