Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with the appropriate contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns; Monitor entry points, visitor activity, and/or delivery access in a professional manner consistent with location policies and technology-focused workplace expectations; Support day-to-day operations at the location by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or potential hazards that could impact personnel, property, or business activity
