Head of Marketing
Job Description
ATX Defense is seeking a Head of Marketing to own the company's end-to-end marketing strategy. This role carries both strategic and operational responsibility. You will define the programs, shape the team and build the infrastructure that drives the pipeline and positions ATX Defense for continued growth.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will set the direction and also work alongside the team to get things done. As the manager of a lean function, you are not handing work off, you are actively contributing while building the capabilities and processes that allow the team to scale. You will manage and develop the growing marketing team, own the relationship with executive leadership and serve as the primary driver of how ATX Defense shows up in the market. For the right person, there is room to grow within the organization.
