Adecco is hiring for a Masker I
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Location: North Austin
Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hr
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work and values consistency and quality. The position involves sitting for most of the shift while performing detailed, repetitive tasks that require strong hand–eye coordination and steady hand control.
Daily work includes fine masking and demasking, as well as inspection using magnification tools. Candidates who prefer routine, structured tasks in a seated environment tend to perform well. Those coming from fast-paced or highly active roles may find this environment less engaging.
Printed circuit board (PCB) experience is helpful but not required. It can support a faster learning curve during training.
During the first 6–12 months, employees complete a structured certification program and are trained in masking and demasking processes used for parylene coating. Additional duties may include cleaning, inspection, packaging, and fixture maintenance.
