The Farmers Retail Program is designed for business-minded individuals with the capital, initiative, and leadership skills needed to operate a branded Farmers agency. As a Farmers agency owner, you'll have the opportunity to build your own business while receiving support, training, coaching, and access to resources from one of the most recognized names in insurance.
