About the Role:
- We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an H&PS Level 13 representative.
- This role will be based on-site in Austin, TX, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work in the future.
- The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance to Medicaid Providers with inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program questions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone inquiries from Medicaid Providers in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner
- Assist with problem resolution as needed
- Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs
- Transfer callers to other Call Center units as necessary
- Meet individual performance standards
- Maintain strict required attendance and performance metrics
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in documenting information accurately
- Willingness to adhere to strict attendance and performance standards
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
