Job Description

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls while delivering timely and professional support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming customer calls daily
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, updates, and general concerns
  • Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain records in internal systems
  • Meet or exceed established call and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and available to start quickly
