Construction Equipment Maintenance

Hands-on role responsible for maintaining, organizing, and preparing construction equipment and tooling to support daily operations and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and Staging: Organize the yard, maintain accurate inventory, stage equipment for upcoming deliveries, and assist drivers with safe loading/unloading.
• Quality Assurance: Verify incoming and outgoing delivery tickets, document damages, and confirm all gear meets safety and compliance standards. Receive all shipments and route them to the correct location.
• Yard Safety and Maintenance: Keep the yard clean, organized, and hazard-free; set up clear walkways and storage zones; safely operate forklifts, and other construction equipment

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction, rental yard, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and ticketing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
