The Food Runner position is about:

• Guaranteeing the gastronomic experience of the guest is pleasant, timely, and pleasant
• Providing a professional and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests and employees
• Removing dirty dishes and utensils between courses
• Making sure tables are clear, clean, and quickly reset between seats
• Appropriate entrees from Perry's, including Pork Chops, Chateaubriand, and Bone-In Tenderloin Steaks tableside for guests
• Assisting the chef team with ongoing maintenance of the kitchen, including replenishing appropriate cutlery and crockery, cleaning all surfaces and floors throughout the kitchen
