Rapidly growing, energetic company is seeking a detail and task oriented individual, who is professional and reliable for a full-time position on our Shipping and Logistics Team. This position will require working Monday through Friday for a 9 hour shift each day, between the hours of 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM (specific daily start time is flexible).

The Company is a growing enterprise engaged in the tangible asset industry. The operations of the business are conducted from its headquarters location in Leander, TX. The Company is seeking a qualified candidate that is detail oriented, seeks to accomplish tasks with 100% accuracy, and desires to become part of a Company where they can truly be involved in the operations and success of the entity. The right candidate will receive on-the-job training from the Shipping & Logistics Manager and other Team Members who has been successfully managing this department.

This position will report directly to the Shipping & Logistics Manager and it is anticipated that the right candidate will be able to grow with the department and accept important responsibilities as the company requires. To qualify for this position, the candidate should have a positive and proactive outlook regarding their life, and should be ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the operations of a great company.

Position and industry specific training will be provided. The job is available to start almost immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements include:

• 2 to 4 years of general warehouse work experience and/or shipping, receiving, and logistics experience.
• Good computer skills are required, NETSUITE software experience is preferable. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Computer proficient and quick learner related to learning new tasks.

Duties will include:

• Working with a team to ship up to 1,000 orders on a daily basis.
• Receiving inbound orders and verifying contents before entering into system.
• Managing and maintaining supplies for shipping department.
• Working with others to ensure that all tasks are completed on-time.

Additional Information:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
