Warehouse Associate

Kilgore Industries, one of the largest Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing subcontractors in the state of Texas is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse and Shipping team in Houston.

Primary Duties:

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip responsibilities in accordance with company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Unload and enter received goods, notify responsible personnel of arrival.
• Manage items returned from jobsites.
• Manage asset maintenance life cycle.
• Help ensure warehouse is maintained, neat and tidy.
• Manage procuring, pulling, and loading material requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Perform prompt and professional delivery to construction sites.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in operating forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and easily adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills; must be detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration skills.
• Physically able to be on the move, stand, bend, and lift constantly through the day.
• Delivery Driver experience preferred. Must be able to drive a trailer and/or flatbed truck.
• Must be able to pass a background and Drug Screen.
• OSHA 10 will be provided as this will be needed to go on job sites.
