Sween is hiring Warehouse Associates in Austin, TX. No warehouse experience is required-we provide training. We are looking for dependable people who show up consistently, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right.This is an active, fast-paced role focused primarily on picking fresh food products for customer orders.PAY & SCHEDULE* $19.45 per hour* Full-time, 5-day workweek* Day shifts only - no overnight shifts* Current schedules include Tuesday-Saturday and Wednesday-Sunday* Shift times may include 5:00 AM-1:00 PM, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM* Overtime available* Assigned schedule based on current business needsWHAT YOU'LL DO* Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently* Use warehouse systems and equipment to complete orders* Place products correctly into totes* Check products, pricing, and date codes* Keep orders organized and moving on time* Handle food products carefully to prevent damage* Maintain a clean and safe work area* Follow food safety and temperature-control procedures* Meet reasonable productivity and accuracy expectationsWHAT YOU NEED* Must be at least 18 years old* No warehouse experience required* Dependable attendance and reliable transportation* Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift* Able to work in a fast-paced environment* Basic math skills* Ability to read and speak basic English* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team* Comfortable working in refrigerated and dry warehouse areasPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* Lift up to 75 lbs.* Push/pull up to 250 lbs.* Stand and walk for extended periods* Frequently bend, twist, reach, kneel, and squat* Work in temperatures ranging from approximately 35°F to 75°FBENEFITS* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Paid Time Off* 8 paid holidays* 401(k) with company match* Company-paid life insurance* Short- and long-term disability* Tuition reimbursement* Employee recognition programsIf you are dependable, ready to stay active, and looking for steady full-time day-shift work, apply today.E.A.
