Join the team and start a better life for yourself.What you'll be doing day to dayProvide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.Ensure that all physical shopping tools, including carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine, are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours.Ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing.Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report any IT issues, and remove any physical stands or tools that are unsafe.Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, and, when needed, escalates matters to a manager.Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect as needed.When supporting in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), provide customers with a simple and efficient handout experience.When supporting in Returns, ensure products and equipment are properly staged.When supporting Click & Collect, create a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoff.Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.Together as a teamAt IKEA it's all about our customers, and in Customer Relations we build and retain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment.
