Sirius Staffing is seeking a Packaging Technician to join our team in Round Rock, TX. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity to work

Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p.

Summary :

The Packaging Technician is responsible for the labeling, relabeling, packaging, and documentation of reference standard solutions and neat material aliquots to support both catalog and custom products. This role ensures all packaging activities are completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Label, relabel, package, and prepare reference standard solutions and neat material aliquots for distribution.
• Execute labeling and packaging projects according to approved procedures, work instructions, and batch records.
• Prepare, initiate, and complete batch records, labels, and production documentation with accuracy.
• Review all forms and batch records to verify completeness and correctness before production begins.
• Ensure products are packaged and labeled according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Meet daily production schedules and project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Monitor project timelines and communicate delays or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through good housekeeping practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Associate degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Previous experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory, or manufacturing industry.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (GMP, GLP, ISO, or similar).
• Experience with labeling, packaging, quality documentation, or batch records
