Airport Cargo Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Airport Cargo Facility
Pay Rate:

• $18.50/hour - Day Shift
• $19.00/hour - Night Shift
  Sign-On Bonus: $100 upon completion of onboarding
  Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated Airport Cargo Warehouse Associates to support cargo operations in a fast-paced airport environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and attendance.
Schedule Requirements

• Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
• Shift assignments rotate every 90 days based on freight volume and operational needs
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, and move air freight cargo
• Build and break down pallets
• Operate warehouse equipment (as assigned)
• Follow all safety, security, and airport regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
• Adaptability to changing schedules every 90 days
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
• Must be able to pass required background checks and pre-employment screening
