Warehouse Inventory ScannerSchedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMSchedule Rotation: 2-2-3 schedulePay: $20.00/hourPosition OverviewA growing manufacturing/warehouse employer in the North Austin Area is looking for two dependable temporary associates to support an inventory scanning project within its warehouse operations.This is primarily a scanning and basic computer/data-entry position, not a forklift or heavy material-handling role.ResponsibilitiesScan finished products and inventory throughout the warehouseEnter and verify inventory information in the company's computer systemHelp track finished goods as they are received, staged, and prepared for shipmentEnsure scanned inventory information is captured accuratelyWalk throughout the warehouse as needed to complete scanning assignmentsPerform limited handling of finished products when necessaryFollow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirementsCommunicate inventory discrepancies or issues to warehouse leadershipRequirementsBasic computer and data-entry skillsComfortable learning and using handheld scanning equipmentAbility to work a 12-hour overnight shift starting from 7pm - 7am CT on 2-2-3 rotating schedule, including alternating weekends.Dependable transportation and strong attendanceAbility to remain on your feet and move throughout the warehouse during the shiftAbility to lift up to approximately 35 lbs. as neededStrong attention to detailPositive attitude and dependable work historyPrevious warehouse experience is helpful but not required.Forklift experience is not required for this assignment. The ideal candidates will consistently report to work on time, communicate appropriately, and be reliable throughout the assignment. This is a straightforward project, but the overnight 12-hour schedule requires someone who is comfortable working nights and can commit to the full schedule.
