Location: Austin, TX 78744 Hire type: Full-Time Shift: 1st Shift Job Description AtWork Personnel is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a fast-growing distribution company in South Austin. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays busy, and wants long-term growth in the warehouse/logistics field. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and stage inventory for outgoing orders Load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials Perform inventory counts and restock items as needed Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift if certified) Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free Use scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and orders Qualifications Warehouse or distribution experience preferred (not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for entire shift Ability to perform repetitive movements Must follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation required Attention to detail and ability to follow order sheets accurately Who Thrives in This Role This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced, physical work and doesn' t need micromanagement.
