That's the standard we hold ourselves to.About the Role We're looking for a dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our Leander warehouse team. You'll handle the hands-on work that gets Lubracil products into customers' hands: receiving inventory, pulling and packing orders, keeping the shelves stocked, and keeping the space clean and organized.This is a physical, fast-moving role on a small, family-sized team working directly with a team lead. There's no hiding on a team this size - but there's also no bureaucracy, and the work you do is visible and appreciated.No previous warehouse experience is required. We'll teach you the systems.What You'll Do Pull product for customer and wholesale ordersPack and ship orders accurately and efficientlyRestock shelves and maintain organized inventory areasAssist with inventory tracking and cycle countsHelp maintain a clean and safe warehouse environmentCarry and move 30-40 lb boxes regularly throughout the shiftWhat We're Looking For Strong work ethic and consistent reliability - this is the whole jobAbility to stay on your feet and stay active for the length of a shiftAbility to lift and move 30-40 lb boxes regularlyAttention to detail: the right product, the right count, the right addressComfortable picking up new software (we use Shopify and Vesyl - we'll train you)Team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in where neededMust be at least 18 years oldPrevious warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experienceFamiliarity with Shopify, Vesyl, or similar order and shipping platformsFlexible Scheduling We know life doesn't always fit a fixed schedule.
