Warehouse Clerk / Forklift OperatorPay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:45 PM Shift: Full-Time | 1st Shift | Day ShiftWe are hiring an experienced Warehouse Clerk / Forklift Operator / Material Handler for a busy manufacturing and distribution facility. This position combines forklift operation, shipping and receiving, inventory control, material handling, and computer-based warehouse transactions.This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working both on a forklift and on a computer and understands the importance of accurate inventory in a manufacturing environment.What You'll DoSafely operate 5K, 15K, and 30K forkliftsLoad and unload semi-trailers, materials, components, and finished goodsMove and stage materials throughout the warehouse and production areasPull parts and components for production work ordersPerform routine forklift safety and maintenance checksReceive incoming materials and verify part numbers, quantities, and locationsEnter inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, and transactions into a computer systemMaintain accurate stock locations and inventory recordsAssist with cycle counts and inventory controlKeep warehouse shelves, bins, and storage areas organizedReview packing slips and receiving paperwork for accuracyFile and maintain daily shipping and receiving documentationCoordinate with production to ensure materials are delivered on timeInspect incoming chassis/materials for damage and verify identifying informationProcess returned merchandise and defective partsFollow warehouse safety procedures and communicate safety requirements to incoming driversWhat We're Looking ForPrevious forklift and warehouse experience requiredExperience operating large-capacity forklifts strongly preferredShipping, receiving, inventory, or material handling experienceComfortable entering and maintaining inventory information on a computerStrong attention to part numbers, quantities, locations, and paperworkAble to safely load, unload, stage, and move heavy industrial materialsDependable with strong attendance and punctualityOrganized and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAble to follow safety procedures and work independently
