In this role, you will meet with small business owners across Texas to show them how to offer their employees real benefits without it costing the business out of pocket. You will be provided with leads and will qualify them to meet face-to-face with clients. This position offers limitless earning potential with a defined career track.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners to present employee benefit options
• Qualify leads provided by the company
• Enroll employees in benefit programs after securing business owner agreement
• Travel to meet clients within designated area
• Provide excellent customer service and support during the enrollment process
• Participate in hands-on training and coaching sessions
• Obtain necessary licensing for life and health insurance
• Maintain a reliable vehicle for travel to client locations
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance sales skills
