This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays productive without constant supervision, and wants to grow within the warehouse and logistics industry.This Role Is a Great Fit If You:Enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environmentTake pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done rightStay productive without constant supervisionEnjoy physical work and staying busy throughout your shiftAre dependable, hardworking, and safety-consciousWant an opportunity to grow within the warehouse and logistics industryWhat You'll Do:Pick and pull orders accurately using pick tickets, order sheets, or handheld scannersPack products securely and efficiently, ensuring orders are complete and ready for shipmentVerify product numbers, quantities, labels, and order information before shippingStage completed orders in designated areas for shipping and pickupLoad and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers safelyReceive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product conditionMove materials and inventory throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipmentOperate a forklift if certified/qualified — forklift certification and experience are a plusPerform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checksRestock shelves, bins, and inventory locationsUse handheld scanners and basic computer systems to track inventory and ordersAssist with shipping and receiving activities as neededIdentify damaged products, shortages, or discrepancies and report them appropriatelyMaintain clean, organized, and hazard-free aisles, workstations, and loading areasFollow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirementsMeet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality expectationsWork as part of a team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on timeQualifications & Skills:Previous warehouse, distribution, picking/packing, shipping, or receiving experience preferredForklift certification/experience is a plusAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to read labels, pick tickets, packing slips, and order sheetsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsBasic computer and scanner skillsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and stay on taskSafety-conscious and committed to following warehouse proceduresAbility to meet productivity and quality goalsSchedule: Monday–Friday 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–3:00 PMAdditional Requirements:Reliable transportationDependable attendance and punctualityEEO NOTICE AtWork is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
